Preamble
These terms set out how services may be accessed and the contractual relationship between the parties.
Any use of the services or validation of an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Purpose of these terms
These provisions are intended to:
define the relationship between the Seller and the buyer;
specify the conditions applicable to any transaction;
determine the role of Facile Solution SRL (hereinafter the "Company"), limited to technical management.
A sale is concluded exclusively between the Seller and the buyer.
These terms may be amended at any time. The version in force on the date of the order applies.
Products offered
The products marketed correspond to the items presented by the Seller. They are offered subject to availability.
Visuals are for illustration only. Differences may exist, in particular as to colours or finish.
Description of specific services
The subscription offers:
Unlimited access to the Press Kiosk
A continuously updated digital catalogue, provided by a third-party partner (YouScribe).
No physical books are supplied.
Exclusive member benefits
Discounts of up to 50% on the online store.
Free shipping on all products.
Pricing and trial period:
The monthly subscription price is €45.90 per month.
The user benefits from a 3-day trial period before billing begins.
Details and availability
Specific services are accessible only via the Subscriber’s personal account.
Username and password confirmation by email upon subscription.
Prices and fees
Prices in force at the time of the order apply.
They may include VAT where applicable. However, depending on the destination, additional charges (customs duties, local taxes) may be payable by the buyer.
Handling, transport, and delivery fees may be added. The Seller may adjust prices at any time.
Sales restrictions
The Seller may restrict the sale of its products:
to certain geographical areas;
to certain categories of buyers;
or by quantity.
Order process
The buyer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information. Before confirming, they must check all order details. The order becomes final after:
checkout validation;
acceptance of the terms;
payment.
The Seller is not liable for any misunderstanding of the information by the buyer.
Any order may be refused or cancelled in case of suspected fraud or abuse. Recorded data constitutes proof of the transaction.
A confirmation is sent by email.
External services
Certain services (in particular payment) may be provided by third-party providers.
Use of those services is exclusively the user’s responsibility, in accordance with their own terms.
No liability is accepted in respect of those services.
Accuracy of information
Errors may occur (prices, descriptions, timeframes, etc.).
The Seller reserves the right to correct such information or cancel an order in case of inaccuracy, including after confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
Clarifications: return shipping costs are borne by the customer. After notifying your withdrawal within the applicable period, you have 14 days to return the product(s) to us. The refund is issued once we have received and checked the returned items. Personalised or made-to-order products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Consumers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return costs remain their responsibility. Any request must be sent by email.
Termination
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of the services.
Amounts due remain payable.
Payment
Payments are made by bank card (Visa or MasterCard).
Information transmitted is protected by a secure encryption system.
A pre-authorisation request may be made to verify the solvency of the payment method.
Shipment
Products are shipped directly by the Seller, mainly from China. Transport is entrusted to independent logistics providers.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer. Indicative timeframes are:
processing: 24 to 48 hours;
delivery: 6 to 10 business days.
These timeframes may be extended in case of exceptional constraints (customs, logistics, geopolitical context).
Risk transfers when the goods are handed over to the carrier.
Any claim for damage must be addressed to the carrier within 3 days. If delay exceeds 30 days, the order may be cancelled.
Content and reviews
Content submitted by users may be freely used (use, modification, distribution).
No compensation will be due.
Users remain responsible for their content and undertake to respect third-party rights. Any inappropriate content may be removed.
Warranty
Any claim must be sent promptly by email. The warranty is limited to 30 days after receipt.
No claim will be accepted beyond 60 days after invoicing.
Liability
The Seller is solely responsible for the products.
Facile Solution SRL acts as a technical operator and is subject to a best-efforts obligation. Its liability cannot be engaged in case of:
technical problem;
intrusion or virus;
data loss;
service interruption;
third-party content.
Personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by the applicable privacy policy.
Intellectual property
Content (texts, descriptions, visuals) is protected.
It is derived from the Seller’s information and adapted by the Company. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.
Dispute resolution
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought within 30 days. Failing that, the Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law.
Consumers in the European Union also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
