These terms set out how services may be accessed and the contractual relationship between the parties.
Any use of the services or validation of an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Purpose of these terms
These provisions are intended to:
define relations between the Seller and the buyer;
specify the conditions applicable to any transaction;
determine the role of Facile Solution SRL (hereinafter the "Company"), limited to technical management.
The conclusion of a sale takes place exclusively between the Seller and the buyer.
These terms may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order.
Products offered
The products marketed correspond to the items presented by the Seller. They are offered subject to availability.
Visual elements are provided for illustrative purposes. Differences may exist, especially regarding colors or finish.
Description of specific services
The Subscription offers:
Unlimited access to the Press Kiosk
Continuously updated digital catalog, provided by a third-party partner (YouScribe).
No physical books are distributed.
Exclusive member benefits
Discounts of up to 50% on the online store.
Free shipping on all products.
Pricing and trial period:
The monthly subscription price is 45.90 EUR per month
The user benefits from a 3-day trial period before billing starts
Details and availability
Specific services are accessible exclusively via the Subscriber's personal account.
Username and password confirmation by email at subscription.
Prices and fees
Applicable prices are those in force at the time of the order.
They may include VAT where applicable. However, depending on destination, additional fees (customs duties, local taxes) may apply and remain at the buyer's expense.
Processing, transport and delivery fees may be added. The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
Sales restrictions
The Seller may limit the sale of its products:
to certain geographical areas;
to certain buyer profiles;
or by quantity.
Order process
The buyer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information. Before validation, they must check all elements of their order. The order becomes final after:
cart validation;
acceptance of terms;
payment.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for a buyer's misinterpretation of information.
Any order may be refused or canceled in case of suspected fraud or abusive use. Recorded data constitutes proof of the transaction.
A confirmation is sent by email.
External services
Certain services (especially payment) may be provided by third-party providers.
Their use is under the sole responsibility of the user, in accordance with their own terms.
No liability can be accepted regarding these services.
Accuracy of information
Errors may appear (prices, descriptions, lead times, etc.).
The Seller reserves the right to correct this information or cancel an order in case of inaccuracy, including after validation.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return costs remain at their expense. Any request must be sent by email.
Termination
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
Amounts due remain payable.
Payment
Payments are made by bank card (Visa or MasterCard).
Transmitted information is protected by a secure encryption system.
A pre-authorization request may be made to ensure the solvency of the payment method.
Shipment
Products are shipped directly by the Seller, mainly from China. Transport is entrusted to independent logistics providers.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer. Indicative lead times are:
processing: 24 to 48 hours
delivery: 6 to 10 business days
These lead times may be extended in case of exceptional constraints (customs, logistics, geopolitical context).
Transfer of risk takes place once handed over to the carrier.
Any claim in case of damage must be sent to the carrier within 3 days. In case of delay over 30 days, the order may be canceled.
Content and reviews
Content submitted by users may be freely used (use, modification, distribution).
No compensation will be due.
Users remain responsible for their content and undertake to respect third-party rights. Any inappropriate content may be removed.
Warranty
Any claim must be sent promptly by email. Warranty is limited to 30 days after receipt.
No claim will be accepted after 60 days from invoicing.
Liability
The Seller is solely responsible for products.
Facile Solution SRL acts as technical operator and is under a best-efforts obligation. Its liability cannot be engaged in case of:
technical problem;
intrusion or virus;
data loss;
service interruption;
third-party content.
Personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by the applicable privacy policy.
Intellectual property
Content (texts, descriptions, visuals) is protected.
They are based on Seller information and adapted by the Company. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.
Dispute resolution
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought within 30 days. Failing that, Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law.
Consumers in the European Union also benefit from mandatory legal protections in their country of residence.
